great size balcony free transfer small pool slow lifts
The beautiful waterfront room had a great size balcony. The view over the canal was AMAZING!!! The hotel provided free transfer to the Mall of the Emirates. On top of that, the personnel was always willing to help.
The pool area was very small and I had to wait for a free bed. I was expected to pay an extra fee to go to the beach. The lifts in the hotel were terrible. One didn't work and the others were very slow to arrive.

small room inconsistent housekeeping stained towels
The breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable variety of options.
The room was quite small. I felt somewhat cramped. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and i noticed dust in several areas upon arrival. I had to request fresh towels multiple times because the provided ones were stained.

Really good Service and Great Location
helpful staff convenient shuttle excellent service
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Concierge services assisted with tour organization upon arrival. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the mall and private beach. I found this especially helpful and convenient for travel.
The hairdryer in the bedroom was a cheap model. This impacted the convenience of getting ready.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Noted
loud street noise poor window isolation
The noise from the street was quite loud despite being on a high floor. Window isolation seemed poor. I found it difficult to sleep well. I was surprised the hotel did not offer a better range of gluten-free products. Breakfast and dinner lacked clear ingredient labels too.

convenient location easy access awkward layout excessive staff
The location was convenient , with a mini-market next to the building. The hotel also provided easy access to transportation to Soluna Beach , which I found quite enjoyable.
The bathroom design seemed impractical , with a very small and awkward layout. There was also too much staff standing around in the lobby.

fantastic stay with great staff
free shuttle skyline views
i was pleased with the cleanliness and personalized service. the free shuttle to major attractions was convenient. i enjoyed the fabulous skyline views from the rooftop pool the hotel provided bottled water, instant coffee, tea. it was a very nice stay overall for me.
the tv in my room was not a smart tv i could not access streaming services. the available channels were limited and when i asked for an hdmi cable i was told to buy one myself i had to watch movies from my laptop.

the concierge service was attentive and responsive to requests. the front desk staff was polite and professional during check-in and check-out. housekeeping ensured a nice and neat environment with daily servicing of rooms.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of hot and cold items. i liked the restaurant with options for different dietary needs. the staff were efficient in clearing tables and replenishing food items.

a decent experience
room size canal view comfortable bed elevator issues limited wardrobe slow service
the room was a good size. the balcony offered a great view of the canal. the bed was very comfortable. i also appreciated the extra pillows provided.
The elevator had some issues. we got stuck on arrival. The buttons did not work. the wardrobe space was limited, not suitable for a long stay. the staff was slow in bringing our luggage down upon departure.
